Juxtaposition Global Health Magazine is looking for articles that examine the essential health issues of our time. Using a multidisciplinary approach, Juxtaposition seeks to include perspectives on such issues from a wider socio-cultural, political, economic, and legal context.
This year, the theme of our print publication is ‘Politicization of Health: The Year of the Pandemic’.
This theme is flexible and nuanced, allowing writers to explore a variety of topics, including (but not limited to):
- World Health Organization reform
- Fair and equitable vaccine access
- Intellectual property monopolies
- Public health advocacy through social movements
- Climate change politics
- Human rights and the COVID-19 response
- Racialization and health
- Migrant healthcare access
